The sealing process for this type of disc is very simple. First, it is important to ensure that the container lid is provided with the seal properly placed inside. Once the containers are closed with their lid, they can then be sealed by induction. The sealer generates an electromagnetic field – with very low heat levels – on the aluminum, which, when heated, melts the polymer that completely bonds to the container’s rim, creating an tamper-evident seal.
